1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777pn ("777pn," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the 777pn website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related services accessible at 777pn.org.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective immediately upon your first use of 777pn and remain in force until your account is closed or otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with 777pn. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify 777pn immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

777pn will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials or where the Player has knowingly or negligently shared access with a third party.

Full withdrawal functionality requires completion of KYC verification, which involves submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 777pn platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, Metrobank).

777pn does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 777pn bears no responsibility.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting account must have completed KYC verification with an approved government-issued ID.

Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one (1) to three (3) business hours on Philippine banking days. These timelines are targets and not contractual guarantees — processing times may be affected by payment provider system availability, network issues, or regulatory review requirements.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777pn platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

General gameplay conditions include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time under controlled conditions.
• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in the event of a verified technical malfunction attributable to 777pn's platform.

Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pn's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777pn shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, natural events, or acts outside 777pn's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777pn's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

777pn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice where:

• A violation of these Terms or any applicable law has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder fails to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Unusual transaction patterns trigger Anti-Money Laundering review procedures.
• The account holder requests account closure via the self-exclusion mechanism or a written closure request to support.

Upon legitimate account closure, any verified balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering conditions will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required regulatory review.

12. Amendments to These Terms
